Hello!
I'm Bree Stadelmann, founder of Offsite Office Solutions.
Based in Calgary, I provide remote office management, administrative support, and operational assistance for small businesses and healthcare professionals across Canada.
After more than 20 years working in office management, administration, and operations, I've learned that strong systems and reliable support can make a huge difference for busy business owners.
My background includes hotel administration, later moving into management roles, and eventually transitioning into healthcare. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in team coordination, office operations, workflow management, and creating systems that keep busy organizations running smoothly.
The idea for Offsite Office Solutions began during COVID. When businesses were adapting to remote work and changing staffing needs, several former colleagues approached me for help keeping their administrative operations running. Rather than offering traditional hourly support, I built a service designed to provide flexible, ongoing assistance. Simply tell us what you need, and we'll take care of the details. Since then, the business has grown primarily through referrals and word of mouth, and we're now ready to expand further.
